Health Programs

We are helping people in Sheboygan County improve their health by increasing access to critical healthcare services; reducing substance abuse, child abuse and domestic violence; and increasing health education and preventive care.

Individuals who are healthy, perform better at work, and have better educational outcomes. We are grateful to partner with agencies that promote physical and mental health.
